Triple-screw pump 

Class A Screw Reduces noise by 10%. The motor and pump are fully submerged in oil during  operation, isolating 98% of noise (tested per ISO 3744) and meeting residential nighttime noise  standards (GB 3096-2008, Class 1 area). 

The combination of a three-screw continuous seal and an accumulator dynamic compensation limits  pressure fluctuation to just ±0.05 MPa, completely eliminating pipeline-induced vibration transmitted  to the car and resolving the resonance-related noise that occurs during elevator ascent 02 

IE4 High Efficiency Variable Frequency Energy Saving Motor 

Energy efficiency is 15% higher than standard motors. Supports speed adjustment as fine as 0.01 Hz.  

Wide voltage compatibility (three-phase 220 V / 380 V ±15%) adapts to different power grid conditions.

Vibration-damping and noise-reducing structure 

Primary: Floating bearings and direct motor-pump coupling technology between the motor and pump  body achieve a vibration attenuation rate of ≥90%. 

Secondary: The entire unit is floatingly mounted on an elastic base (natural frequency <5 Hz), resulting  in a vibration transmissibility of ≤3%. 04 

Updated valve blocks 

With one hand to operate the manual descend switch (speed adjustable from 0.1 to 0.15 m/s).  

Equipped with mechanical self-locking to prevent accidental operation. After resetting, the valve  automatically seals with near-zero leakage.
