OIL-IMMERSED PROPORTIONAL-VALVE POWER UNIT

(JL30)

The Oil-immersed Silent Proportional-valve Power Unit is developed by our own company which specially designed innovative hydraulic power  system for hydraulic elevators. It features the helical rotor pump and proportional valve blocks, adopts the electro-hydraulic proportional  control technology to achieve precise flow regulation and extremely smooth elevator operation.

Triple-screw pump

Class A Screw Reduces noise by 10%. The motor and pump are fully submerged in oil during  operation, isolating 98% of noise (tested per ISO 3744) and meeting residential nighttime noise  standards (GB 3096-2008, Class 1 area).

The combination of a three-screw continuous seal and an accumulator dynamic compensation limits  pressure fluctuation to just ±0.05 MPa, completely eliminating pipeline-induced vibration transmitted  to the car and resolving the resonance-related noise that occurs during elevator ascent 02

High-Precision Dynamic Response

Microsecond-level closed-loop control: Equipped with a  high-frequency coil (response frequency ≥100 Hz) combined  with a PID controller (resolution up to 0.1%), the system achieves  a flow regulation response time of ≤10 ms, ensuring a smooth,  jerk-free elevator acceleration curve with acceleration  fluctuation controlled within 0.05 m/s². Full-stroke linear compensation: A built-in pressure feedback  valve, together with a temperature-viscosity compensation  algorithm, enables flow control accuracy of ±0.5% FS,  completely eliminating the flow step phenomenon typical of  conventional throttle valves.

Comfort optimization design (optional, requires  electronic control system integration) 02

Adaptive flow matching: The system automatically calculates  and matches the optimal flow curve based on the car load  (detected by a pressure sensor) and the target speed (e.g.,  increasing flow under no-load condition to achieve rapid  descent), significantly reducing inertial shock during start/stop  phases. Passenger perceived vibration can be optimized to ≤12  cm/s², exceeding the requirements of ISO 18738-1.

Intelligent Operation Strategy

When paired with a dedicated electrical control system, multiple  operation modes can be realized, achieving virtually  imperceptible acceleration/deceleration transitions during  descent and delivering an extremely comfortable ride  experience for passengers.
